No worries! LK Cleaning will provide professional cleaning tools and eco-friendly cleaning products, so you don’t need to prepare anything extra.

Depending on the customer’s preference, you can choose to be present throughout the process, or hand it over to our professional team after opening. Once the service is completed, you can return to inspect and approve the results.

Please notify us at least 3 days before the service, and we will reschedule a suitable time for you.

  • Please ensure that all major renovation work within the unit has been completed and the main debris has been cleared.

  • We will perform deep cleaning to tackle post-renovation dust, paint stains, and stubborn dirt.

  • For end-of-tenancy cleaning of a property, we recommend that clients first check the condition of the unit before booking the service to achieve the best results.

The charges will depend on the type of service, the size of the area, and the number of personnel required. We provide a clear quote at the time of booking to ensure transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

General cleaning includes floors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, walls, and furniture surfaces. For special services (e.g., air conditioner cleaning, floor waxing, disinfection), please request them when making your booking, and we will arrange them separately.

The LK Cleaning team is professionally trained. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service upon completion, please contact us immediately, and we will follow up promptly.

Both options are available. We offer one-time cleaning services (such as after renovation, before moving in, or after moving out) as well as regular cleaning services (such as weekly or monthly), flexibly tailored to meet our clients’ needs.

We accept cash, FPS, and bank transfers. Some services may require a deposit, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the service.
